WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
- The sunglasses are unworn and in an original, undamaged condition
- Sunglasses and all the original accessories are sent back
- Your return is accompanied by a valid invoice number
- Only items purchased from Mari & Clay website can be returned
- One return per customer per year
Items purchased from our stockists must be returned at the stockists.
Free return label is provided at our discretion and this is limited to one return, per customer, per year.
Unfortunately, we do not offer return postage for all international orders. Please send orders back to us, using a reputable, safe/traceable International service and notify us with the tracking details.

- Return due to invalid/incorrect prescription
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE REFUND AND EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please be advised that this may take up to 10 working days to show on your account, depending on the payment providers.
Tariff and sales tax are non-refundable through Mari & Clay. Nevertheless, you may be able to claim those charges back by contacting the relevant department at your location.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Mari & Clay.
