RETURN / EXCHANGE

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund in full or exchange any item. Please email us at info@mariandclay.com.au to request for a return or exchange. Before returning the sunglasses back to us, please make sure that the following terms are respected:
  • The frames are unworn and in an original, undamaged condition
  • Sunglasses and all the original accessories are sent back
  • Your return is accompanied by a valid invoice number
  • Only items purchased from Mari & Clay Pty Ltd can be returned
Domestic (AUS) Orders:
Please email info@mariandclay.com.au to obtain a free return label. Free return label is provided at our discretion and this is limited to one free return, per customer, per year.

International Orders:
Unfortunately, we do not offer return postage for all international orders*. Please send orders back to us, using a reputable, safe/traceable International service and notify us with the tracking details.

*Please note: All returned products remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Mari & Clay Pty Ltd.

**Please be advised that all sales items are not refundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE REFUND AND EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED? 

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please be advised that this may take up to 10 working days to show on your account, depending on the payment providers.

Tariff and sales tax are non-refundable through Mari & Clay. Nevertheless, you may be able to claim those charges back by contacting the relevant department at your location.

LATE RETURN

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Mari & Clay.
