We stand behind the quality of our products by offering lifetime warranty for all Mari & Clay sunglasses.This covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur during your ownership of Mari & Clay sunglasses from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer warranty on normal wear and tear (such as scratched lenses) and do not cover any damage caused by abuse or mishandling of your sunglasses. We do, however, understand that accidents can happen, and we endeavour to assist you as much as we can. We can offer you a repair or replacement service for a small fee charged on a case by case basis.

All warranty claims must be accompanied with proof of purchase, only on Mari & Clay products. When sending your sunglasses back to us, we recommend tracking your parcel to ensure it ends up in the right hands. Mari & Clay is not responsible for costs associated with tracking your parcel or postage fees, nor are we responsible for any damages that may be incurred during the delivery process.
Where a warranty claim is accepted, Mari & Clay has the right to decide whether to repair or replace the sunglasses for you. If not deemed to be a valid warranty, we may offer a suitable replacement with a reasonable charge at our discretion.
